The Fable Method is a workflow that distills the approach of Claude Fable 5 into a set of skills that any model can run. It includes four skills: think, act, prove, and grow. The method has been tested against itself, adversarially, across fifteen eval rounds and more than 260 agent runs. The results show that the method can improve the performance of mid-tier models. The Fable Method is open-source and available on GitHub.
A mid-tier model can follow the Fable Method literally, with thresholds.
