Open-source dots for the web: an AI agent with its own browser, one that does not get blocked.
Why it matters now: An AI agent with its own browser, providing a unique and undetectable browsing experience
Editor's take
dots is an open-source AI agent that comes with its own browser, built around a real Firefox engine patched in C++. It provides a unique identity per seed, ensuring that the screen, fonts, GPU, timezone, and language agree with each other. The browser is designed to be undetectable, with no WebDriver flag, no DevTools protocol, and no automation globals in the page. The model is any model on OpenRouter, and can be changed using the –model flag. dots can be used as a standalone browser or integrated into other assistants, such as Claude Code, Codex, or Gemini CLI, using the invisible_playwright_mcp server.
